Masterbeat: The Club Membership

The Club is a limited membership that provides lifetime access to Masterbeat events. There are 3 primary membership levels:

Gold membership grants the member unlimited upgrades to VIP at Masterbeat produced events *. Admission is not included, Gold members must still purchase a General Admission ticket to the event, then present their membership card in the app at the door to be upgraded to VIP on entrance.

Platinum membership grants the member unlimited VIP admission to Masterbeat produced* events for the member only.

Black membership grants the member and one guest admission to every Masterbeat produced* events. Member and guest must enter event at the same time.

Your membership card must be presented in real time in the Masterbeat app at the door to the event for scanning. Membership cannot be shared or transferred, membership is only valid for the original purchaser, and ID is required for admission.

If a member attempts to share their membership or allow an unauthorized person to use the membership by sharing the app or QR code, the membership will be cancelled with no refund.

Memberships are valid only at events 100% produced by Masterbeat. Membership does not include access to Winter Party events or Halloweenie.

Access to the Masterbeat Membership card is exclusively through the Masterbeat app, available for IOS and Android.

Download and install here:

Create an account in the app with the same email address that you used to purchase the membership. It’s important to register an account with this email so that your membership is found and linked. Do not sign up or sign in with a social sign in, like Google, Facebook, or Apple, as those hide your email address from the app and it won’t be able to find and link your membership.

Note you'll need to wait 24 - 48 hours after creating your account for the membership to appear. You'll also need to log out and back in to the app during this period so that the app can sync the membership.

After this period, log back in to the app and navigate to the main menu with the menu icon in the top left corner, and check that you are in "Masterbeat mode".

Now tap on the QR symbol at the top right of the main menu (next to your name) to see your new membership card and level! Note your card may not appear for up to a week after your purchase.

That's it! You'll show this QR code and membership card at the door to the event for admission.
