Masterbeat App Won't Load
We've recently received word that Google and Android have disabled some features in our app, preventing it from running or being available to download. While we work to resolve the issues, you will not be able to use the app to pull up your membership. Don't worry, we have a master list of all memberships at the door to each event, you won't need the app to attend or receive your complimentary admission. Please go to the box office of the event and present your ID (you must be present and show ID that matches the person that purchased the membership) and our box office staff will grant your complimentary access matching your membership level.
I can't find my membership in the app...
If you can't find your membership or it doesn't appear in the app, we will not be able to resolve this for you before the next event. But, don't worry, please go to the box office of the event, where we will have a master list of all memberships purchased.
