How do I find tickets I've already purchased?

When you purchase your tickets on Showclix, you are given two choices for delivery:

  1. Mobile Ticket: when you choose this option, a link to a mobile ticket will be sent to the number you provided on the day of the event.

  2. Print at Home: immediately after check out you are sent a confirmation email with a link to download and print your ticket(s).

With either method you are always sent a confirmation after checkout via email. Often a lot of time can go by between your purchase and the event, and you might lose or can’t find your confirmation. Don’t worry, simply visit showclix.com and sign in to “My Tickets” with your email and password for a complete history of your orders. Here you can always download or retrieve tickets to your events. If you have forgotten your password you can retrieve it here. There are also links if you need additional help.

Can I change the delivery method?

Unfortunately you cannot change your ticket delivery method after the order has been placed.
