All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
As is standard policy in the event, music, concert, and travel industry, ticket sales are final, even if you change your mind or become unable to attend after purchasing the tickets for any reason.
These terms and conditions are presented and agreed to before you checkout on the ticketing site. You had to check a box indicating that you agreed to these terms before completing your purchase.
What about Covid or Monkeypox?
Both Covid and Monkeypox have been in the public mindset long before any current event tickets went on sale, therefore there was knowledge of these risks when the tickets were purchased. There is no refund or credit of pre-purchased tickets if you decide not to, or are unable to, attend an event that occurs as scheduled after you have purchased tickets for it, regardless of the reason, including if you test positive for Covid.
Can I give, sell or transfer the tickets to someone else?
You may, at your discretion, sell or gift your ticket to a friend or acquaintance who can use your ticket if you are unable to attend.
Always consider this option of giving or selling your ticket if you are unable to use it.
Disputes and Chargebacks
As noted on checkout, Masterbeat and Showclix treat disputes and chargebacks as fraud. Not only are they costly to merchants, they indicate a disregard to the polices agreed to on checkout. If a ticket purchase is disputed or a chargeback filed for any reason, you will be banned from all future events produced by us and our partners, which include White Party, Winter Party, Urge, Circuit Mom, and all events sold by Showclix and See Tickets. Your name, email, phone and ID will be blacklisted across all platforms and marked in the scanners with security at the entrance to all venues to deny entry. This policy was also posted and agreed to before completing your ticket purchase.
